Due to the nature of our coaching services, digital products, downloadable resources, intellectual property, and educational materials, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, changes of mind, lack of time, failure to attend sessions, or changes in personal circumstances.

While we do not offer refunds, we stand firmly behind participant success. If genuine professional or personal commitments prevent you from completing a coaching program within the scheduled timeline, we will work with you to provide a reasonable extension.

Our commitment is to support genuine participants who actively engage with the process. If you are putting in the work and implementing the frameworks, we will ensure you have the time needed to complete the program and achieve your leadership goals at a pace that works for your reality.
