1. Services

Lead With Sneha provides educational, coaching, consulting, and training services focused on communication, leadership presence, executive influence, authority building, and career advancement for technology professionals.

Services may include:

• 1:1 coaching sessions
• E-books
• Free guides and downloadable resources
• Templates and worksheets
• Assessments and scorecards
• Recorded content
• Blogs or Articles

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website or purchasing our products, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• You will use our services lawfully and professionally.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Leadership Signal is protected by intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to: LEAD Gravity Framework™, Training materials, E-books, Guides, Worksheets, Templates, Presentations, Videos, Recordings, Frameworks, Assessments, Scorecards, and Written content.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license for your personal use only. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce materials
• Sell or redistribute materials
• Share downloads publicly
• Teach or train others using our frameworks
• Create derivative works
• Upload materials to public websites or communities

Written permission is required for any commercial use.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received before access to products, resources, coaching sessions, or training programs is granted. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

5. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of coaching services, digital products, downloadable resources, intellectual property, and educational materials, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

This includes:

• Change of mind
• Lack of time
• Failure to attend sessions
• Change in personal circumstances
• Dissatisfaction due to lack of implementation
• Partial participation

By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Coaching Extension Commitment

For eligible coaching programs, including the LEAD Gravity Framework™ program, Lead With Sneha may provide additional coaching support or a reasonable extension period when appropriate. Our commitment is to support genuine participants who actively engage with the process.

If a participant has completed the required sessions and implemented the recommended actions but feels they have not experienced a meaningful improvement in leadership presence, communication effectiveness, or authority perception, additional coaching support may be provided at our discretion.

This extension commitment:

• Does not constitute a refund
• Does not create a monetary guarantee
• Does not apply to participants who fail to attend sessions or complete agreed actions
• Is granted solely at our discretion

7. No Guarantee of Results

We provide education, coaching, and guidance. Individual results vary based on many factors including: Experience, Skills, Work environment, Organizational dynamics, Effort and implementation, and Leadership opportunities.

We do not guarantee: Promotions, Salary increases, Job offers, Performance ratings, Career advancement, Increased compensation, or Business outcomes.

Any testimonials or examples represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: Attend scheduled sessions on time, Participate professionally, Complete agreed actions and exercises, Treat others respectfully, and Maintain confidentiality where applicable. You acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process and outcomes depend significantly on your participation and implementation.

9. Session Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule coaching sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions or cancellations made with insufficient notice may be considered completed and may not be rescheduled. Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at our discretion.

10. Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. However, confidentiality does not apply where: Disclosure is required by law, There is risk of harm to oneself or others, or Information is already publicly available. Clients are responsible for ensuring they do not disclose confidential employer information during coaching engagements.

11. Free Resources

Free resources including guides, templates, assessments, newsletters, and downloadable materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We may modify, remove, or discontinue free resources at any time.

12. Website Use

You agree not to: Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, Disrupt website functionality, Upload malicious software, Use our content unlawfully, or Impersonate another individual. We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lead With Sneha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: Use of our website, Participation in coaching, Reliance on educational content, or Business or career decisions made by users. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Disclaimers

Lead With Sneha provides coaching, training, and educational services. We do not provide: Legal advice, Financial advice, Tax advice, Psychological therapy, Medical advice, or Employment law advice. Users should seek qualified professionals where necessary.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
